Meet the Founder & Magician.
Hi, I’m Filipa Mogas, the heart and hands behind Madly in Love.
With over a decade of experience in events - starting in iconic luxury venues in Portugal like Palace Estoril and Tivoli - and a deep passion for creating unforgettable moments, I’ve poured my expertise into planning destination weddings in Portugal that feel magical, meaningful, and wildly unique. Since 2022, I’ve had the honor of planning 192 weddings and personally coordinating 152 of them, guiding international couples from around the globe to their “I do” with joy, care, and a touch of the extraordinary.
When I’m not planning weddings, I’m nurturing my creativity and passions. I’ve always loved to sew - my first business was a sewing school - and I find joy in crafting something beautiful from scratch. Reading is part of my daily routine, fueling my curiosity and inspiring fresh ideas. Living by the beach, I often take long walks along the sea coast, soaking in the beauty around me. I’m also a regular at the gym, a dancer at heart, and someone who thrives on music, travel, and discovering new cultures.
I’m a firm believer in lifelong learning and constantly invest in wedding-related webinars and masterclasses to stay ahead. Inspiration is everywhere for me - in the couples I meet, the places I visit, and even in other weddings, where I love spotting those small, magical details that make each celebration unique.
